Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be a critical part of our growth team, working closely with experienced professionals to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate business opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience in driving lead generation, managing outreach campaigns, and influencing revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Target Account Research: Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more to identify and research target accounts and prospects.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, leveraging email, social media, and cold calls to engage prospects and generate interest.
  • Innovation: Brainstorm and implement creative strategies to optimize campaign success and improve lead generation outcomes.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Future Leadership: Take ownership of client calls and sales interactions as you grow into a full-cycle Account Executive role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: Recent MBA graduates with a passion for sales, marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Experience (0-2 Years): Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or tech marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using modern sales tools like Apollo, Attio, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Startup Enthusiasm: Interest in working with startups and contributing to their growth journeys.
